New ideas in Italy

Back in Sweden again after a 2,5 day Idea Management training workshop in Rimini on the Adriatic coast. Europe is in a big need of new ideas in all areas in order to compete on the global scene. We try to do our part, are you doing yours?

The Kaospilot Vibe

Back from Oslo - visiting the Kaospilot Oslo camp - my feeling is that the Kaospilot energy and student motivation is truly unique. In Norway as well. You never get spontaneous applause on that level anywhere else. A very open and giving culture in general. To understand that the culture is exportable was good for us in our quest for starting Kaospilot Malmoe during the fall 2006.

Innovation in eastern Europe

Just back from facilitating at the EU-initiative Incubator Forum in beautiful Ljubljana in Slovenia. An event part of the Gate2Growth programme where incubators from all over Europe meeting to share best practices. Interesting discussions and wonderful to see that the new EU-countries really wants to participate in creating the new Europe! From the innovation perspective it seems like the Eastern countries like the southern ones needs to let go of some academical and patriarchal structures before they can really get the free entrepreneurial spirit going. But they are on their way!

Idélaboratoriet supports AISE

Today the business world seems to be the strongest and fastest moving organizational form, but its motivational base does not have to be all capitalistic. To promote the thinking and awareness of entrepreneurship as a way of changing the society and its values, Idélaboratoriet supports the NGO Association for International Social Entrepreneurship (AISE) both financially and with men hours. We try do ethical business with our heart, soul and mind!
