Since we have been helping out in giving courses in innovation and entrepreneurship at different universities we know that there is a lack of knowledge and lack of experience in the field of innovation in the academic world. Therefor it is great that
Exnovate, a public site that tries to start some open innovation initiatives, has collected a base of good innovation case studies that can be used for teaching. There are some boring old Honda and Xerox cases, but also some great new ones like
Threadless,
Innocentive and Intel Labs. But scholars, we need more European cases as well, why not create cases of
Spotify,
Skype,
Tetra Pak or
TAT.
