People often ask me what the best book on creativity is. And I always want to answer that the book I have written is the one. But I do not. Because the best book on creativity and the best book covering the research of creativity in various fields (everything from sociology to cognitive studies) is the Yale Professor Robert J. Sternberg's anthology Handbook of Creativity. There you have it. Read it!
Need for a Swedish Innovation Minister
I have for a long while argued in my key note speeches that Sweden needs and Innovation Minister. Last year the Wim Kok-report argued the same: all the EU-countries should appoint an minister of innovation. Now the biggest newspaper in Sweden, Dagens Nyheter, has caught on as well on the opionon page! They do not have any suggestions of a person, so here is some help... What about a mix of the Ericsson-boss Carl-Henric Svanberg and Benny of ABBA. A great mix for Cool Sweden!
