Food Innovation

In researching for a presentation for the Swedish National Team of Chefs on Food innovation I just felt the need to bring focus to some great ideas: Life Straw - a drinking straw that makes the water you drink clean which is of course revolutionary in the developing countries Tetra Recart - a paper version of the tin can that are lighter, easier to pack and very environmentally friendly - but the most innovative is the thinking process behind the idea...
